RETURNS

We want you to love what you've ordered from Grayson Surplus. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, here's our returns policy:

  1. 30-Day Returns: Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. We accept returns for items that are unused, in their original condition, and with all Grayson Surplus tags and packaging intact.

  3. Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and process the refund. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

  4. Exchanges: At this time, Grayson Surplus does not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
